Wicked World

We all live under the same sun

So where does all the hate come from

We’re really all the same, all need someone else to blame

You don’t make someone feel small to make yourself feel tall

So why fight wars when nature’s gonna get us all?

In this wicked world, we live in a wicked world

I’m just a normal girl, I’ve got to spread the word

Yes we need a change, a time to explain

I feel the pain, ‘cause in life’s game

We wear the shame of this wicked world, wicked world

We’re taught to believe there is one God, so why fight over religions

Don’t they all want the same? Peace on earth goodwill to men

Be careful what you teach, to practice what you preach

So why fight wars when nature’s gonna get us all?

In this wicked world, we live in a wicked world

I’m just a normal girl, I’ve got to spread the word

Oh yes we need a change, a time to explain

I feel the pain, ‘cause in life’s game

We wear the shame of this wicked world, wicked world

Wicked, wicked world, so disturbed

Wicked, wicked world, so disturbed

So why fight wars when nature’s gonna get us all?

In this wicked world, we live in a wicked world

I’m just a normal girl, I’ve got to spread the word

Oh yes we need a change, a time to explain

I feel the pain, ‘cause in life’s game

We wear the shame of this wicked world, wicked world

We all live under the same sun
